Hi Everyone,

In 2010 I will be teaching a 6 week LGBT Storytelling course as part of the Continuing Education  program at Hunter College here in NYC.  The class will meet Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm and will run from February 3, 2010 to March 10, 2010. The cost of registration is $250

This class is an opportunity for LGBTQ people to explore the stories of their lives and identity. Through a look at powerful history of queer storytelling, guided writing exercises, and projects, students will discover the transformative power of storytelling and how it can be utilized to create impact in their community. This is a workshop open to everyone from folks who do not consider themselves to be writers, to those experienced with sharing their stories through written word
